Dear Support,

In the EPP live settings at https://secure.nominet.uk/tags/epp.html the
EPP live password (and confirm password) load up prepopulated. However
you can NEVER click 'Save settings for live' without re-entering
passwords in both these boxes. This is absolutely infuriating as it is
completely pointless Nominet loading any data in there. If we cannot
remember our EPP live password we are forced to create a new one every
time, which in turn messes up all our settings for our software.

To fix:
Either don't put anything in those boxes to start and indicate that
you are forcing us to create a new one and we need to update everywhere
that uses this password.
or
do leave those boxes prepopulated but automatically save whatever's in
there when we click 'save settings'.

This has caused me many hours of issues with my clients as when they add
an IP in there they invariably don't know their password, get forced to
create one, then their hosted chasing no longer works because of course
the password changed.
