The blue button marked ‘Cancel Transfer’ isn’t revealed until the info for a domain name that’s already in a pending registrant transfer job is expanded. Someone might select the domain names they are wishing to cancel an already active registrant transfer for, but not expand one of the domain names in the job’s info to reveal the ‘Cancel Transfer’ button but instead click ‘Cancel Domains’ which is located further down the page. Doing this causes the user to then proceed through two to three other pages of text explaining that the domain names will be cancelled (not deleted) along with an are you sure style checkbox, and a declaration, which needs selecting to proceed.

The registry use Delete as terminology for registrars but use Cancel as terminology for registrants to refer to the same task.

Had the ‘Cancel Domains’ button been labelled as ‘Delete Domains’ tunnel vision may not have occurred.
